All about Art
When I was young I used art as a way to spend my time. I loved to paint, draw, sculpt, and take pictures. I always had my art displayed in the schools I attended. I even had artwork that was still displayed in my elementary school principal's office for the time he worked in the school district. I remember graduating and him telling me that my original work was still in his office. I won Most Artistic as a senior superlative, designed the senior float, and create t-shirt designs for the school.
When I got to college I stopped drawing as much and focused on working and school. As I get older I realize how valuable art is to me as a creative outlet. So in order to have that creative outlet and also help out my fellow teachers, I started creating cartoons of animals and characters to be use in the classroom. Things I would print out and put on bulletin boards or use as manipulative in the classroom. Click on my Art For The Classroom tab to see some of my creations.
